| Notice of Change of Address Indication System |

As of 29 July 2011, all streets in Korea are required to begin using a new address system which features streets and numbers and is more familiar to westerners. Consequently, Myung-Shin & Partners currently has two addresses as follow: Present Address : 12th Floor, Jindo Building, 37 Dowha-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Korea New Address : 12th Floor, Jindo Building, 44, Mapo-daero, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Korea Please be advised that this change is due to the change of address indication system in Korea, not by a move of our firm's office. According to the Korean government program, present and new addresses will be used concurrently until 31 December 2013. The new address only will be used after 1 January 2014. Therefore, for correspondence with us, we would like to kindly ask you to begin to use our new address at your earliest convenience.
