| Revision of Official Fees(effective as of January 1, 2009) |
The Korean Intellectual Property Office(KIPO) has increased the official fees for requesting examination and
filing an appeal, while decreasing patent and utility model registration annuity fees for the first through
ninth annuities. These become effective as of January 1, 2009.
Below are the lists comparing the previous and revised fees.
