Mr. Min-Cheol KIM, Patent Attorney of MYUNG-SHIN & PARTNERS, was awarded a KIPO Commissioner prize at the 2015 Case Law Review Competition hosted by KIPO on December 4, 2015, and his name was introduced at the Hall of Fame in the website of Korean Intellectual Property Tribunal. He reviewed a judgment of Supreme Court Case No. 2011 Hu 927 rendered on January 22, 2015 with regard to an analysis of Product by Process Claim.
