| Introduction of Dilution Prevention Clause for a Famous Trademark |

The revised Korean Trademark Act, effective from June 11, 2014, introduces a prevention clause (Art. 7, Para. 1, Item 10) that states that if a trademark impairs distinctiveness or reputation of the famous trademark, the trademark is not allowed to be registered.
